The Temple
In the temple building the Temple is on the upper floor, and a space for physical and creative activities on the lower floor.
The temple is presented in its pure energetic expression - open and welcoming to all.
It is up to the individual course- or retreat holder to equip the temple as you like. It may be with sound, furniture, lights, flowers or other decorations.
The room should be returned to its basic shape when you leave The Golden Foundation.
The Creative Room and the Temple Garden
Downstairs in the creative room you will find yoga mats and blankets for free use. From this room there are beautiful views to the mountains, and it is therefore the ideal place for doing yoga.
In the temple garden there are small corners with benches that invite guests to sit in silence and enjoy the surrounding nature
